Tabriz Shahid Madani International Airport in East Azerbaijan Province is one of the key air hubs in northwestern Iran, serving both domestic and international flights. The airport is located at an altitude of about 1,350 meters above sea level and has two runways over 3,500 meters long, capable of handling large aircraft. The history of this airport dates back to 1329, and it has been recognized as an international airport since 1370 with government approval.
Tabriz International Airport
As one of Iran’s four “open skies” airports, the airport hosts a good number of domestic and international flights daily, and given its strategic location on Iran’s air corridor to Asia and Europe, it provides a unique space for brands and outdoor advertising activists. In terms of infrastructure, the terminals, stores, passenger facilities, and access to the city of Tabriz are all in acceptable condition, which improves the passenger experience and advertising visibility.
