The 2nd Global Conference of Customer-Oriented Leaders, with the approach of the role of economic managers in advancing the resistance economy, in the presence of more than 400 successful managers of private and public sectors was held at the National Library and Documentation Center of Tehran.
According to assessments by relevant experts, in the closing ceremony, the national golden medal and the statue of a customer-oriented approach were awarded to Pezhman Ziaian, the managing director of the Pezhhan Institute.Presenting and sharing the latest management practices in the revitalization of the global economy with respect to the pattern of investment and international trade in Iran, dissemination of Iranian-Islamic Management Culture, investigating the appropriate strategies and creating solutions for customer satisfaction have been among the top rated titles for awarding him this excellent medal. In this ceremony, which was held following the implementation of notification policies and emphasizing of the honorable president of the republic on the protection and safeguarding of the rights of the people and the respect and satisfaction of clients and customers, Dr. Saied Khazaee Head of the Center for Future Studies of Tehran University, Mr.Seyed Mohsen Tabatabaee Mazdabadi Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Association of Urban Economics of Iran, Mr. Morteza Talaee Deputy Chairman of the Fourth Islamic Council of Tehran City, Dr. Hosseinali Taghi Tehrani Advisor to the Head of the Organization for Management and Planning of the Country, Engineer Fereidoon Pirloon Advisor to the Minister of Roads and Urban Development delivered lectures, and at the end of the meeting the chosen ones were honored.

دومین اجلاس سراسری رهبران مشتری مدار، با رویکرد نقش مدیران اقتصادی در پیشبرد اقتصاد مقاومتی، با حضور بیش از 400 نفر از مدیران موفق بخش های خصوصی و دولتی، در مرکز اسناد و کتابخانه ملی تهران برگزار گردید.
طبق ارزیابی های به عمل آمده توسط کارشناسان مربوطه، در آیین اختتامیه این مراسم، نشان طلایی و تندیس ملی مشتری مداری، به پژمان ضیائیان مدیرعامل موسسه پژهان اعطا گردید. ارائه و به اشتراک گذاری آخرین روش های مدیریتی در حوزه احیای اقتصاد جهانی با توجه به الگوی سرمایه گذاری و تجارت بین المللی در ایران، تبین راهکارهای مدیریتی جهت ورود پر قدرت برندهای ایرانی در بازارهای رقابتی، اشاعه فرهنگ مدیریت ایرانی – اسلامی، بررسی استراتژی مناسب و ایجاد راهکار در حوزه رضایتمندی مشتری از جمله عناوین ارزیابی شده جهت این نشان عالی بوده است.

در این مراسم که در اجرای سیاست های ابلاغی و تاکیدات ریاست محترم جمهور، مبنی برحفظ و صیانت از حقوق مردم و تکریم وجلب رضایت ارباب رجوع و مشتریان برگزار گردید، دکتر سعید خزایی، رئیس مرکز آینده پژوهی دانشگاه تهران، سید محسن طباطبائی مزدآبادی، نائب رئیس انجمن علمی اقتصاد شهری ایران، مرتضی طلایی، نایب رئیس چهارمین دوره شورای اسلامی شهر تهران، دکتر حسینعلی تقی تهرانی، مشاور رئیس سازمان مدیریت و برنامه ریزی کشور، مهندس فریدون پیرلورن، مشاور وزیر راه و شهرسازی به ایراد سخنرانی پرداختند و در پایان از برگزیدگان این اجلاس تقدیر به عمل آمد.

پژمان ضیاییان صاحب امتیاز و مدیر مسئول مجموعه فرهنگی وتبلیغاتی پژهان علاوه بر مدیریتی که بر حوزه کلان تبلیغات فرودگاهی دارد. از سر شوق و اندیشه فرهنگی خود، گام هایی را نیز در حوزه رسانه های مکتوب بر داشته و در این عرصه فرهنگی نیز آثاری را عرضه می دارد. ایشان تا کنون چندین عنوان کتاب هنری در حوزه عکس انتشار داده است که کم نظیر و به چاپ های متعدد رسیده است. در کنار کار تالیف کتاب به نگارش مقالات برای جراید نیز می پردازد. در این عرضه نیز با نگاهی موسع به فعالیت های فرهنگی در جامعه تلاش دارد خواننده را با وضعیت موجود آشنا ساخته و اختیارات اشخاص در فضاهای هنری و فرهنگی جامعه را تحلیل و بررسی نماید. در حال حاضر روزنامه کثیر الانتشار خبر جنوب که در رتبه بندی کلیه جراید کشور بالاتر از اکثر جراید صاحب نام و در رتبه هفتم ارزش گذاری جراید ایران قرار دارد سلسله مقالات آثار ومیراث فرهنگی وی را منتشر می نماید.
ایشان بیش از این و در طی سه سال گذشته در موضوعات اقتصاد هنر / انقلاب فرهنگی / هنرهای معاصر ایران / به صورت مستمر دارای یادداشت بوده و دیدگاه های خود راعرضه کرده است.

The theoretical pattern and implementation of this plan is designed on the basis of the world managers’ effectiveness patterns and focuses on both technical and technological aspects and does not merely consider profession successes. To accomplish and fulfill this goal properly and necessarily, it has been some years that, a comprehensive model has been developed to identify the merits of the management of the country’s managers, which relates the concepts of managers’ merit and management effectiveness, and describes their developmental components and effectiveness criteria.
